Cydez Technologies is a full-spectrum software and immersive technology company headquartered in Kochi and Trivandrum, Kerala — serving customers across 6+ countries.
When we founded Cydez Technologies in 2018, we had a straightforward belief: that world-class software should not be the exclusive privilege of companies with Silicon Valley budgets. We set out to prove that a team in Kerala — with the right culture, the right processes, and an uncompromising commitment to craft — could deliver products that compete with the best in the world.
Since then, that belief has been tested across more than 100 projects, in multiple countries, across industries as varied as legaltech in the United States and professional networking in India. Every one of those engagements has reinforced the same lesson: the quality of your software is a direct reflection of the quality of your thinking, your team, and your process. We have been rigorous about all three.
Today, Cydez is more than a software company. With CydezDimension — our practice for immersive 3D, extended reality, and AI engineering — we are building tools that were not possible even five years ago. Our clients are using digital twins to monitor manufacturing floors remotely, VR simulations to train staff in high-risk environments, and AI systems to make sense of data at a scale that was previously impossible.

Nimisha founded Cydez Technologies in 2018 with a vision to make world-class software development accessible to businesses everywhere. With extensive experience across IT services and product development, she has led Cydez from a boutique development studio to a full-spectrum technology company serving clients across 6+ countries.
Reeba Varghese
Reeba oversees all operational aspects of Cydez — client delivery, resource planning, quality assurance, and process excellence. She ensures every project ships on time, within scope, and to the quality standards Cydez is known for. Her operational discipline has been instrumental in scaling the company to 100+ professionals across two offices.
Neethu Mohan
Neethu leads Cydez's people strategy — recruitment, culture building, employee engagement, and talent development. She has built the hiring pipeline that brought 100+ engineers, designers, and consultants into Cydez, and created the learning programmes that keep the team technically sharp.
Balu Thomas Mathew
Balu leads Cydez's cloud and infrastructure practice, overseeing Oracle Cloud, OCI, AWS, and Azure implementations. He brings deep expertise in enterprise architecture, cloud migration, and platform engineering. His team delivers Oracle Fusion, MuleSoft, and OCI solutions for enterprise clients across India and the Middle East.
Biju Kumar
Biju Kumar brings extensive industry experience to Cydez's consulting practice, helping enterprise clients define technology strategies, solution architectures, and implementation roadmaps. He works closely with CIOs and CTOs to translate business requirements into technology solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.
Jasna TV
Jasna drives Cydez's account growth strategy, managing key client tie-ups, new account acquisitions, and market expansion initiatives. She leads strategic proposals and partnership development, playing a pivotal role in scaling Cydez's enterprise client base across industries and geographies.

Our primary office in Infopark Kochi houses 60+ engineers across full-stack development, QA, design, and DevOps. High-speed fibre connectivity, redundant power with UPS backup, and a secure server room for client data.

Our Technopark Trivandrum office accommodates 30+ engineers specialising in mobile development, testing services, and the CydezDimension 3D and AI practice.
CydezDimension Studio
A dedicated creative studio with high-performance 3D rendering workstations, VR headsets (Meta Quest, HoloLens 2, Apple Vision Pro), and a green-screen capture volume for mixed-reality production.
Cloud Infrastructure
Primary cloud environments on AWS with multi-region redundancy. All client projects run in isolated environments with automated backups, WAF protection, and 99.9% uptime SLAs.
Security & Compliance
ISO 27001-aligned information security practices. NDAs for all staff, role-based access control, and GDPR-compliant data handling for European and international clients.
Communication & Collaboration
We operate on Slack, Jira, Confluence, and GitHub. All projects have daily standups, weekly progress calls with clients, and a shared project portal for real-time visibility.
